Michael Rapp, a Philadelphia native, currently works as a Housing Department Supervisor at the Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance. He acts as an advocate to support capacity building within the community utilizing existing strengths and resources, to seek new opportunities for a community to address neighborhood concerns. He received both a Bachelor’s and Master Degree in Social Work from Temple University, with a Master Degree's in Social Work concentrating in community development and policy. He is Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Certified with additional certifications in Foreclosure, Homeownership, and Financial Capabilities.
